Event Item Loan Request Form

Event items are available for loan at no cost to Florida law enforcement agencies to support public outreach events. These items are made available through funding by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). 

To request an item, complete the form below. Your District LEL will confirm availability and coordinate delivery to your agency before your event. Items are subject to availability and are provided on a first-come, first-served basis and must be returned in the same condition received. Please submit requests at least two weeks in advance.
