BUZZED DRIVING IS DRUNK DRIVING
2024 Thanksgiving Impaired Driving Campaign

About the Campaign

The 2024 "Buzzed Driving is Drunk Driving" Thanksgiving Impaired Driving Campaign will take place nationwide from November 23 to November 30, 2024. This high-visibility enforcement and education campaign focuses on impaired driving enforcement and educating the public on its serious consequences.

Relevant, timely, and seasonal messaging can help strengthen traffic safety communication efforts.

This campaign is not reportable in Florida, so it is not necessary to track your agency's activity for submission to the Florida LEL Program. However, participation and education efforts are highly encouraged. Reporting for the recent "Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over" Labor Day campaign is ongoing through September 30, 2024, and reports may be submitted by clicking here.
