Agencies placing First, Second and Third in the 2023 Florida Law Enforcement Traffic Safety Challenge (FLETSC) will be allowed up to eight (8) rooms, paid for by the Florida LEL Program for one night only, on July 25, 2024, if the agency is located more than 50 miles from Orlando. 

The 2024 Awards recognizes the submission for 2023 FLETSC.

Each room will need to be secured with a credit card by the agency or the attendee using the link below. When making your hotel reservation, make sure you include your agency name when prompted for “company name.” When your personnel arrive on Thursday, they must check in with us at the registration booth. At that time, the room will be moved onto our master account. 

You must select the room rate of $175.00 – There will not be a parking fee or a resort fee for those who obtained this rate through the FLETSC hotel reservation link. The Florida LEL Program will not be able to pay for any rooms over $175.00. Agencies within 50 miles are welcome to book a room and stay; however, we cannot cover you room cost.

Attendees seeking to have their lodging covered by the Florida LEL Program must attend the training session on July 25th and the recognition event on July 26th. This is required due to federal guidelines.
