Agencies placing in the Florida Law Enforcement Traffic Safety Challenge will receive official notification letters. Placing agencies are invited to attend the Training and Recognition Event at the Signia by Hilton, Orlando Bonnet Creek, located at 14100 Bonnet Creek Resort Lane, Orlando, FL, on Thursday, July 24, and Friday, July 25, 2025. The event will feature a comprehensive training session, vendor demonstrations, and formal awards ceremony.

Event Schedule:

• Training Session: Thursday, July 24, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Training uniforms or business casual attire)
• Awards Ceremony: Friday, July 25, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM ("Class A" uniforms or business attire)

Lodging for placing agencies located more than 50 miles from the event will be provided for up to five (5) hotel rooms for your agency’s designated representatives, for one night only, unless your official notification letter specifies an additional night due to your agency’s distance from the event. Attendees must complete the event registration form below and make hotel reservations directly with the Signia by Hilton using this link. Reservations must be completed by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, July 2, 2025. A credit card is required to secure hotel reservations; however, charges will be transferred to the Florida LEL Program upon arrival at the event.
