About the District 4 Law Enforcement Liaison:

Nick Wollschlager serves as the District 4 Law Enforcement Liaison (LEL), supporting approximately 57 law enforcement agencies across five Southeast Florida counties to strengthen and enhance traffic safety initiatives. He is responsible for promoting and implementing high-visibility enforcement campaigns, coordinating public safety and press events, leading training sessions and Local Area Network (LAN) meetings, and providing guidance to agencies in securing and managing traffic safety grants. He also facilitates the exchange of critical information, including officer training, crash data and trends, checkpoint planning, and legal updates. Additionally, Nick is involved in coordinating the Florida Law Enforcement Traffic Safety Challenge and evaluating agency contributions to traffic safety through policies, education, and enforcement.

Nick actively serves on the Florida Occupant Protection Coalition and provides support to Community Traffic Safety Teams (CTSTs) across the district.
